1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

Through our enrollment-interest form we collect, from the parent or guardian only:

• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Child’s age range (e.g., infant, toddler, VPK) — no name, date of birth, or other identifier about the child
• Preferred language
• SMS marketing consent (checkbox state, timestamp, IP)

We also collect, automatically:

• Standard server logs (IP, browser, pages viewed, referring URL)
• Cookies and pixel data, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for advertising measurement
• Device/browser fingerprint via our analytics provider

3. Why We Collect It

• Respond to your enrollment inquiry by phone, email, or SMS
• Send SMS marketing only if you check the consent box
• Measure ad performance and reach similar families through Meta
• Comply with Florida DCF recordkeeping rules

4. Who We Share It With

We share submitted form data with the following processors, under contract:

• Twilio Inc.— SMS delivery
• Google LLC— Google Sheets (lead intake), Google Analytics
• Meta Platforms Inc. — advertising audiences via the Meta Pixel
• Procare Solutions — once you proceed to enrollment

We do notsell personal information for money. Sharing data with advertising partners (e.g., Meta Pixel) may qualify as a “sale” or “share” under California law — see Section 8.

5. Children’s Privacy

This website is intended for parents and guardians, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any child under 13. The only information we collect about a child through this form is a non-identifying age range supplied by the parent. The federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) does not apply to data collected from parents about their children.

If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention

We keep enrollment-inquiry data for twelve (12) months from last contact, unless you become a customer (then retained per DCF records rules) or you ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your Choices

• Stop SMS: reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT-OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message.
• Stop email: click the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Access / delete your data: email us at privacy@fciachildcare.com. We will respond within 30 days.

8. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know, delete, correct, and limit the use of your personal information, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing.” To exercise these rights, email privacy@fciachildcare.com with subject “California Privacy Request” or use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies in your browser. Where required, we display a consent banner on first visit.

10. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (TLS in transit, access controls). No method is 100% secure.
